RULES FOR RESIDENCE AND USE OF HOTEL SERVICES  
AT THE "ATLANTIKA" HOTEL

The rules of the "Atlantika" Hotel (hereinafter — the Rules) are developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (hereinafter — RF), namely:  
Civil Code of the RF;  
RF Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 2300-1 dated February 7, 1992;  
Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ;  
Federal Law "On Protecting Citizens' Health from the Effects of Environmental Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Smoking" dated February 23, 2013 No. 15-FZ;  
Federal Law "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the RF" dated July 18, 2006 No. 109-FZ;  
"Resolution of the Government of the RF dated 27.11.2025 No. 1912 'On Approval of Rules for Providing Hotel Services and Services of Other Accommodation Facilities in the RF'";  
"Procedure for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the RF" approved by the Government of the RF Resolution No. 9 dated January 15, 2007;  
"Rules for Registration and Deregistration of RF Citizens at Place of Stay and Residence within the RF and the List of Persons Responsible for Receiving and Transmitting Documents to Registration Authorities for Registration and Deregistration of RF Citizens at Place of Stay and Residence within the RF" approved by Government Resolution No. 713 dated July 17, 1995;  
Standard "Tourist Services. Accommodation Facilities. General Requirements. GOST R 51185-2014" approved by the Order of Rostekhregulirovanie No. 1542-st dated November 11, 2014;  
and other regulatory legal acts of the RF and the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as in accordance with local acts of Sevlakmus LLC.  

These Rules regulate the procedure, conditions, and standards for providing hotel services on the territory of the "Atlantika" Hotel.  

These Rules are available at the Reception Desk for review by the Customer/Consumer and are also published on the official website of the "Atlantika" Hotel — www.atlantikahotel.ru.  

Compliance with these Rules is mandatory for legal entities, individuals, as well as individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs, who have entered into (or plan to enter into) any contracts for the provision of services on the territory of the "Atlantika" Hotel (including agency agreements with organizations involved in the sale of tourist services), as well as any other persons visiting the territory of the "Atlantika" Hotel.  

All time references in these Rules are indicated in local time.

MAIN CONCEPTS AND TERMS  
"Executor" — Sevlakmus LLC, providing hotel services to the Consumer (OGRN 1149204030898, INN/KPP 9203004286/920101001), operating as a 3* accommodation facility (Excerpt from the Unified Register of Classification Objects in the Tourism Industry on awarding a category to a tourism industry facility dated December 2, 2022, registry entry number — С922024016707, record link https://tourism.fsa.gov.ru/ru/resorts/hotels/bac12be4-c606-11ef-92da-a7d66ec74635/about-resort). Location: Sevastopol, 22 Heroes of Stalingrad Avenue.  
"Hotel" — "Atlantika" Hotel, located at 299014, Sevastopol, 22 Heroes of Stalingrad Avenue.  
Customer — a legally capable individual over 18 years old, or an individual entrepreneur, or a legal entity intending to order (purchase) or ordering (purchasing) hotel services for the benefit of the Consumer.  
Consumer — an individual intending to order or purchase, or ordering, purchasing, and/or using hotel services exclusively for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity, including an individual for whom hotel services are purchased by the Customer.  
Visitor — a guest on the Hotel premises using Hotel services without booking and paying for temporary accommodation, or a guest present on the Hotel premises by invitation of the Consumer.  
Hotel services — a set of Hotel services providing meals and other main and additional services offered on the Hotel premises.  
Basic hotel services — a set of services included in the cost of the booking, aimed at providing temporary accommodation for the Consumer at the Hotel.  
Additional services — services not included in the cost of temporary accommodation, provided by the Hotel for an extra fee.  
Meal plan — a set of services for organizing meals included in the cost of hotel services according to the current Hotel tariffs.  
Hotel room — a room with equipment and other property used for temporary accommodation and ensuring temporary residence of the Consumer.  
Booking request — a list of services ordered by the Customer/Consumer for accommodation, catering, and other ancillary services.  
Room price (place in room) — the cost of temporary accommodation and main (ancillary) services defined by the Hotel, provided for a single price.  
Reservation — assigning a room category (place in room of selected category) to the Consumer under conditions defined by the Customer/Consumer request and confirmed by the Hotel.  
Check-in date — the date the Consumer arrives at the Hotel.  
Check-in time — 14:00 local time each day.  
Check-out date — the date the Consumer leaves the Hotel.  
Check-out time (departure hour) — 12:00 local time each day.  
Hotel day — a unit of measurement of temporary accommodation duration, including the time between check-in and check-out (22 hours).  
Early check-in — check-in before the departure hour.  
Late check-out — check-out after the departure hour on the day of departure.  
Booking — a preliminary reservation of places and/or rooms in the Hotel by the Customer/Consumer.  
Group booking — booking for a group of 10 or more Consumers arriving on the same day within one booking request.  
Individual booking — booking for one Consumer or a group of up to 9 Consumers arriving on the same day within one booking request.  
Guaranteed booking — a type of booking where the Executor expects the Consumer until the departure hour of the day following the scheduled arrival. Guaranteed booking is considered completed upon full/partial payment to the Executor's account or the Hotel cash desk.  
Non-guaranteed booking — a type of booking where the Executor expects the Consumer until the departure hour of the day following the scheduled arrival. If the Consumer does not arrive within the set period, the Executor reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice to the Customer/Consumer.  
Booking confirmation — a document sent by the Executor to the Customer/Consumer confirming that the Executor is ready to provide the service package, subject to timely payment.  
Service cancellation — cancellation of guaranteed/non-guaranteed booking by the Customer/Consumer.  
Official website — a publicly accessible Internet resource owned by the Executor located at www.atlantikahotel.ru.  

All other terms used in these Rules, which are not defined, are understood and applied in accordance with current RF legislation.
