You can pay for accommodation in Atlantic hotels in two ways:

Online payment with a bank card is available through the Uniteller payment service. You should be redirected to a secure Uniteller payment page, where you will need to enter data for paying for your stay. After a quick payment to the specified form of payment, an email will be sent to an electronic receipt with information and data on the information received.

Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. The transfer of information to the processing company Uniteller takes place using TLS encryption technology. Further transfer of information is carried out through closed banking channels with the highest level of reliability.
Uniteller does not transfer your card details to the hotel and other third parties!
If your card supports 3D Secure technology, in order to make a payment, you will need to pass an additional user verification at the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card). To do this, you will be directed to the page of the bank that issued the card. The type of verification depends on the bank. As a rule, this is an additional password that is sent via SMS, variable code card, or other methods.
Cancellation and Refund
1. Cancellation earlier than 24 hours before arrival at the hotel (arrival date) is free of charge.

3. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival at the hotel (arrival date) or in case of no-show, the prepayment amount is not refundable and is considered compensation for demurrage.
4. In the event of a reduction in the period of stay less than 24 hours before departure, a refund is made for services not actually rendered, taking into account the deduction of expenses incurred in the amount of the daily rate (simple) in accordance with Art. 32 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
When canceling a booking
The term for consideration of an application for a refund is 7 days. Refunds are made to the same bank card with which the payment was made. Refunds to the card are carried out within 3 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the bank card.
